- 2019 Presidents Day Holiday Instructions
Federal Reserve Cash Services will be closed for the Presidents Day holiday on Monday, February 18. For currency and coin orders placed that day in the FedCash® Services via the FedLine® Web access solution, depository institutions should select the ship date of Wednesday, February 20 or later. The FedCash Services application currently allows to select the ship date as Tuesday, February 19 in error. The Federal Reserve is troubleshooting this issue. For orders placed with the ship date of Tuesday, February 19, the Reserve Banks will work with depository institutions to change the order to a future date.
Please refer to the instructions listed for your local office below.
Please remember to place all orders prior to the Noon deadline. Orders placed by the order deadline on any weekday other than the holiday will be available for shipment on the following business day.
Please contact your armored carrier to determine how delivery will be affected by the holiday and adjust your order dates accordingly.
