Treasury Cash Management System (TCMS) Settlement Statement

The Treasury Cash Management System (TCMS) application is used by the U.S. Treasury’s Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service) to distribute daily TCMS Settlement Statements to financial institutions via the Federal Reserve Banks’ FedMail® solution. These statements are used to reconcile transactions made to financial institutions’ Federal Reserve Bank accounts for collections made on behalf of the Treasury.

To become a participant and to receive statements from TCMS, please complete the fillable FedMail Request Form below electronically. Then print, sign and submit the form to the Customer Contact Center at the location indicated below.

TCMS Settlement Statement via FedMail Request Form
The FedMail Request Form should be used to sign up for FedMail or make changes to your TCMS Settlement Statement email recipients.

This form must be signed by an individual listed on your organization’s Official Authorization List (OAL).
