FedACH® and Check Services Customer Support
Operations support for FedACH and Check Services is provided by the Federal Reserve Banks of Atlanta. Responsibilities include timely and accurate processing of payments, testing, maintaining integrity of the FedACH and Check applications, monitoring processing to circumvent problems and responding to questions about our customers' ACH and Check processing.
FedACH and Check Services Customer Support operates from Sunday, 5:30 p.m. ET to Saturday 6:30 a.m. ET, excluding Holidays.
