Changes to Operating Circular 4 effective April 1, 2019

Effective April 1, 2019, the Federal Reserve Banks are amending Operating Circular 4 (OC 4), Automated Clearing House Items, by adding an Appendix H for the FedACH Exception Resolution Service. This Appendix H sets forth new terms for accessing the Exception Resolution Service that is maintained by the Federal Reserve Banks.

Continued use of Federal Reserve Bank Services on or after April 1, 2019, constitutes agreement to these new terms. For this reason, it is important that you review the new Appendix H. Please visit our Operating Circulars page for the definitive text of revised OC 4.
