The Ops Stop provides your organization with a one-stop shop full of helpful operational resources offered by the Federal Reserve Banks. For this installment of the series, we are sharing a chart that outlines Subscriber access level descriptions.

One of the most important responsibilities of FedLine Web® and FedLine Advantage® End User Authorization Contacts (EUACs) is the ability to designate FedLine® Subscribers. Subscribers are the individuals within your organization who are authorized to transact business via the FedLine Web and FedLine Advantage Solutions. Did you know that there are over 60 Subscriber access level options? That’s because Subscribers have varying access levels depending on their responsibilities. Access areas include:

  • Account Management Information
  • Central Bank Applications
  • Check Services
  • Connection Management Center
  • FedACH® Services
  • FedCash® Services
  • FedPayments® Manager for Fedwire® Services
  • Information Central
  • National Settlement Service
  • Secure File Transport

Visit our Subscriber Access Level Descriptions page to see a brief description of each service and its corresponding Subscriber access level.

As a reminder, to obtain credentials for Subscribers, an EUAC must submit a Subscriber request via the EUAC Center within FedLine Home for each individual who will be authorized to access a FedLine Solution.
