- My Messages Frequently Asked Questions
All FedLine® Subscribers are able to receive individualized messages from the Federal Reserve Banks via the My Messages mailbox in FedLine Home. FedLine Solutions use contemporary technology and are designed to facilitate reliable, secure clearing of payments and exchange of related information.
All FedLine Subscribers, including FedLine Web® and FedLine Advantage® End User Authorization Contacts (EUACs).
If you are a FedLine Subscriber, no action is required from you to gain access to My Messages. If you are not a FedLine Subscriber, an EUAC from your organization must submit a Subscriber request via the EUAC Center within FedLine Home.
To view My Messages, log in to FedLine Home and click on the "My Messages" link located under the "Communications" drop-down menu.
My Messages works much like a typical email tool. Unlike your personal email inbox, My Messages utilizes FedLine Home to transmit information.
Yes, if you are a FedLine Subscriber, your My Messages mailbox is functional; however, you may not have received any messages.
My Messages allows us to send customized messages to individual Subscribers. Your role and requests will determine the messages you receive. My Messages content includes Subscriber User IDs and troubleshooting assistance during calls with the Customer Contact Center. FedLine Subscribers are able to receive messages with attachments from the Federal Reserve Banks via My Messages. Attachments may include documents such as security access reports and forms.
Messages you receive will remain in your mailbox until their stated expiration dates.
Yes, My Messages will not replace other communication channels we use. Contacts at your organization will continue to receive operational communications, publications and other Federal Reserve Bank emails via the email addresses we have on file.
